Barry Ubaldi McPherson & Flesher LLP was established in May 2003.  The founding partners envisioned a small-firm atmosphere where we could cater to our established clients in the medical and transportation industries.  As time went on, we expanded our practice to include airline, construction, and insurance companies.

Our lawyers litigate cases in a variety of fields.  While our lawyers traditionally specialized in defending medical malpractice, employment discrimination, and railroad cases (including Federal Employers’ Liability Act and crossing cases), we have also prosecuted and defended personal injury, construction defect, products liability, and premises liability cases.
